Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Administrator who will manage the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate administrative tasks. A salary of 1100 is offered, and we are willing to consider an individual from a foreign nationality.
Responsibilities:
β’ Ensure all administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently
β’ Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and other forms of communication
β’ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
β’ Organize meetings and events as required
β’ Manage office files and records in accordance with company regulations
β’ Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery
β’ Greet visitors warmly and provide them with information about our company
β’ Supervise clerical staff when necessary
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or related role in a professional setting preferred
β’ Ability to multi-task while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
