Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Administrator who will manage the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate administrative tasks. A salary of 1100 is offered, and we are willing to consider an individual from a foreign nationality.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and other forms of communication
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Organize meetings and events as required
• Manage office files and records in accordance with company regulations
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery
• Greet visitors warmly and provide them with information about our company
• Supervise clerical staff when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or related role in a professional setting preferred
• Ability to multi-task while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
