Office Administrator - Abu-Dhabi
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position is available immediately and offers a salary of 1200. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
The Office Administrator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β’ Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering supplies when necessary
β’ Answering phones, emails and other inquiries from customers, suppliers and other parties
β’ Scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping a calendar of events
β’ Greeting visitors, directing them appropriately and offering refreshments as needed
β’ Processing accounts payable and receivable
β’ Assisting with payroll processing and employee records maintenance
β’ Generating reports as requested by management or stakeholders
β’ Managing filing systems β both physical filing systems as well as electronic databases
β’ Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. A prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English is essential.
