Office Administrator - Abu-Dhabi
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position is available immediately and offers a salary of 1200. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
The Office Administrator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering supplies when necessary
• Answering phones, emails and other inquiries from customers, suppliers and other parties
• Scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping a calendar of events
• Greeting visitors, directing them appropriately and offering refreshments as needed
• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with payroll processing and employee records maintenance
• Generating reports as requested by management or stakeholders
• Managing filing systems – both physical filing systems as well as electronic databases
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. A prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English is essential.
