Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the senior management in our office. This role will involve acting as a bridge between the management and other departments, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly.
Some of the duties include:
• Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and handling of correspondence.
• Scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meetings and preparing reports.
• Maintaining records of office equipment, inventory and supplies.
• Coordinating with internal staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Liaising with external vendors and clients as required.
• Preparing presentations and documents for internal use or external distribution.
• Assisting senior managers in day-to-day operations, including document preparation, filing, data entry etc.
• Providing general administrative support as required by the business needs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to importance. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential for this position. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory while knowledge of other software packages is desirable.
