Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for an experienced and capable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong interest in customer service and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, taking messages, responding to emails, managing correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone or email and providing customer service as needed.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential; however, a strong commitment to customer service is necessary. Foreigners are welcome to apply – salary is 1500 AED per month.
