Job Description:
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role involves providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes tasks such as managing phone calls and emails, maintaining records, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and other general office duties.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn
• Working experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have a valid work visa (if applicable)
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential
• Salary Package: 1200 AED per month
