Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support for the office operations and staff in a professional and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing correspondence, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
• Develop administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency in the office
• Supervise staff members; provide training when necessary
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services or products
• Maintain records of financial transactions; generate reports on finances as needed
• Monitor stock levels of office supplies; order new items when necessary
• Manage travel arrangements for employees; make reservations for flights or accommodation
• Ensure safety protocols are followed within the office space; implement safety procedures if needed
• Organize meetings; maintain calendars of events; coordinate schedules of staff members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar role required
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
