Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office such as handling mail, ordering supplies and equipment, and organizing meetings
• Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits and other related issues
• Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases for various departments within the company
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members and visitors
• Monitor budgeting activities of different departments including tracking expenses
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not required
• Proven experience in office management roles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
