We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, as well as organizing and coordinating office procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent management skills, able to work independently, think critically and make decisions that benefit the organization.
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, handling correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining supplies and equipment, ordering supplies and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly. They must also ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures set out by the organization.
The Office Manager should have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact professionally with staff members at all levels of the organization. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1700 AED per month. While we prefer local candidates we are ready to consider qualified foreign applicants as well.
