Office Manager (Abu-Dhabi)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks, as well as providing general support to the staff.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, clients and other stakeholders
• Create reports and records related to office activities such as purchase orders, invoices, etc.
• Manage office supplies such as stationery, furniture, equipment etc.
• Monitor staff attendance and ensure that procedures related to payroll are followed correctly
• Provide technical support for office systems such as computers, printers etc.
• Manage filing systems for all documents related to the office activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Good customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
