Office Manager (Abu-Dhabi)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks, as well as providing general support to the staff.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure everything runs smoothly
β’ Coordinate with different departments to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
β’ Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, clients and other stakeholders
β’ Create reports and records related to office activities such as purchase orders, invoices, etc.
β’ Manage office supplies such as stationery, furniture, equipment etc.
β’ Monitor staff attendance and ensure that procedures related to payroll are followed correctly
β’ Provide technical support for office systems such as computers, printers etc.
β’ Manage filing systems for all documents related to the office activities
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study is preferred but not required
β’ Must have excellent organizational skills
β’ Good customer service skills with a friendly attitude
β’ Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
