Salary: 1200 AED
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth running of activities and efficient workflow. The Office Manager will also be a key point of contact between staff, clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the organization of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment and facilities
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and scheduling appointments
• Develop effective filing systems to ensure important documents are easily accessible
• Monitor cost effectiveness in all areas of office operations
• Maintain a good working relationship with clients, vendors and suppliers
• Organize staff meetings and other events as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, tracking employee attendance, and providing training opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in an office environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite applications
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
