Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Secretary in Abu-Dhabi to join our team in providing administrative support to the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations and ensuring the efficient completion of administrative tasks. The chosen candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintaining calendars for the team members
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Answering phone calls and taking detailed messages
• Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, and providing general assistance
• Preparing reports, memos, letters and other documents using Microsoft Office
• Filing documents as per protocol
• Maintaining records of meeting minutes as well as other relevant documents
• Conducting research on various topics as needed by management
• Ordering supplies and maintaining general office cleanliness
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is a must
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
