Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our company in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a good command of Microsoft Office, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary include handling incoming calls, scheduling meetings, managing diaries, preparing letters, organizing and maintaining filing systems, photocopying documents, preparing documents for print and ensuring that all paperwork is accurately completed. Additionally, the Secretary must be able to liaise with customers or clients on behalf of the company.
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Secretary within a corporate environment. A degree in Office Administration or equivalent is an advantage but not essential. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad with relevant experience.
