Office Assistant - Khawr Fakkan
We are looking for an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking notes and other clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from clients
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Take detailed notes of all meetings
• Greet visitors in a friendly manner
• Schedule appointments for staff members
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate personnel
• Prepare documents for printing and filing
• Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications
• Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred, but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Salary: 1000 AED per month (We are willing to consider foreign applicants)
