Office assistant job in El-Fujairah UAE for foreigners
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for our busy office in El-Fujairah. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support and help manage the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a wide range of tasks, including filing, organizing office supplies, handling mail, and performing general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Needs for the Candidate:
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role. A high school diploma is required for this position as well as fluency in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential and experience with databases would be beneficial. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
