We are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as an Office Assistant, providing support in a corporate or similar environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and duties essential to the smooth running of the office.
Your primary duties will include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and supporting projects. You will also be asked to maintain office supplies, manage the filing system and provide customer service as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to complete general administrative tasks such as data entry, answering phones and emails, creating reports or tracking expenses. As an Office Assistant you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 for this position along with other benefits for full-time employees.
