Office assistant job in Zayed City UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City. This position will have a starting salary of 1700 and we are open to considering an immigrant.
The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant will be to provide administrative support to multiple departments within the organization. This includes tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing files, ordering supplies, and other clerical duties as needed. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
In addition, the Office Assistant must be fluent in written and spoken English, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, and show a willingness to take initiative when needed. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with common office software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required for this role.
