Job Responsibilities:
β’ Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a timely manner
β’ Managing paperwork, filing documents and ensuring data accuracy
β’ Scheduling appointments and organizing meeting rooms
β’ Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as copying/scanning documents, ordering office supplies as needed
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
β’ Experience working as an Office Assistant or similar role (preferred)
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
β’ Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
