Office Assistant – Sharjah

Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a timely manner
• Managing paperwork, filing documents and ensuring data accuracy
• Scheduling appointments and organizing meeting rooms
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as copying/scanning documents, ordering office supplies as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Experience working as an Office Assistant or similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
