Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and evaluating potential employees to build a strong and effective workforce. You will be accountable for developing recruitment strategies, understanding the specific needs of each department, creating job postings, and sourcing suitable candidates. You should be able to assess candidates’ qualifications accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. You should have previous experience in recruiting for different departments and possess strong time-management skills. Additionally, you should have knowledge of current labor laws and regulations as well as the ability to match candidates with appropriate positions. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not essential. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who can demonstrate their proficiency in English.
