We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate is someone with an eye for talent and a passion for helping people reach their full potential. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle the fast-paced recruitment process.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for open positions. Additionally, they will develop a network of contacts to help identify and attract top talent. Furthermore, the Recruiter will be expected to stay up to date on industry trends in order to develop strategies that target desirable candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry. They should have a thorough understanding of employment law as well as an accurate understanding of job market dynamics and trends. Additionally, they should have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized and be comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
