We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, interviewing and evaluating potential employees, as well as managing the onboarding process. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 and we are willing to consider an immigrant.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. They must also be highly organized and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful applicant should also have a good understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work with minimal work experience.

The role includes but is not limited to: performing interviews with prospective candidates in person or via Skype; developing job postings; conducting background checks; writing job descriptions; creating offers; maintaining records of recruitment activities; sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases etc.; coordinating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process; providing timely feedback on all candidates; attending job fairs where necessary; and other related duties.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should also demonstrate excellent customer service skills in order to build relationships with internal partners, external clients, and hiring managers.
