Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning documents etc.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Assist with data entry into company databases and spreadsheets
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers
• Manage the reception area and greet visitors when needed
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and stored
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management team
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
• Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively • Attention to detail with problem-solving skills • Flexibility to work long hours when needed • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are ready to consider immigrants for this position.
