Office assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and multitasking skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our office operations and procedures, providing administrative support to the team, and ensuring that our office runs efficiently.
The Office Assistant will be tasked with answering incoming calls, drafting emails, organizing meeting documents, scheduling appointments with clients, maintaining filing systems and databases, ordering office supplies as needed, managing office budgets, preparing documents for meetings and presentations, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members as needed. Additionally, the Office Assistant may be asked to perform other related tasks as requested by management.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role within an office environment as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite. A strong customer service attitude with excellent organizational skills are also essential. The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously while being able to take direction from management when needed.
