Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence
• Greet visitors and perform receptionist duties
• Create and maintain filing systems
• Type documents, reports and correspondence
• Data entry into an internal database
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and distribute to attendees
• Coordinate events, activities and travel arrangements as needed
• Track deadlines for assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of office administration procedures and basic accounting principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants.
