Merchandiser job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for developing, executing and managing merchandise plans that drive sales revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes product selection, pricing, promotions, inventory management, visual merchandising standards and store operations.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations.
• Able to work independently; self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with other departments and team members.
• Solid understanding of financials such as sales forecasting, budgeting and profit & loss statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Ability to travel when required.
