Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s staff and executives.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail are highly valued traits.
• Must have a valid work permit (if applicable) as we are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining files, databases, and filing systems as needed.
• Answering phone calls and emails promptly with professional courtesy.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing agendas, recording minutes of meetings as required.
• Photocopying documents as needed.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, event planning etc., as needed.
