We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role. This position is available for both local and immigrant applicants.

The successful applicant will be required to provide secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the team, including dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails, preparing reports, maintaining records and files, scheduling meetings and appointments, sorting out mail and managing travel arrangements. The successful candidate must be highly organised, able to work independently as well as part of a team, have excellent customer service skills and good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
