Office assistant job in Zayed City UAE for unskilled worker
Zayed City is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties. Duties include but are not limited to answering telephone calls, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and events, preparing correspondence, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned. The Office Assistant should also be comfortable working with databases and software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements For Candidate:
• Minimum high school diploma/GED required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous office experience is preferred but not required
• Open to applicants who are immigrants
