Office Assistant Job in Zayed City
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to staff members. The successful candidate should be organized and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as necessary
• Organizing incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintaining filing systems and other office documents
• Creating reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
• Performing clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven experience working in an administrative role with excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential
• Must have strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic language is preferred • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial but not required
