Office assistant job in Reef Al Fujairah City UAE for foreigners
Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a desire to learn new skills.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including but not limited to answering incoming calls and emails, filing documents, maintaining records, preparing reports, and preparing presentations. Additionally, the successful applicant must have the ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should possess minimum two years of relevant experience in an office environment as well as proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Furthermore, they should be fluent in English both written and spoken.
