Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records and reports, handling confidential information with discretion and preparing presentations.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this role is 1000 AED per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage and vacation time.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and speed. In addition, you should possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff internally as well as external contacts. Furthermore, you must demonstrate strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred but not required for this role.
Nature of Job:
This is a full-time position that requires working hours from 8am - 5pm on weekdays in our Abu-Dhabi office location. This position requires flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain professional relationships with staff members while working towards achieving shared goals and objectives in a timely manner.
