Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1800 AED/Month
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in office administration and management. This role will require excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and with a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and its staff members. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing filing systems, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, providing general customer service support, and more.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff while representing the organization in a professional manner. We are also looking for someone who is tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
