Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and professional Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a great eye for detail. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes of meetings
• Type documents, letters and emails as required
• Maintain filing systems both electronic and paper-based
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries as necessary
• Make travel arrangements as required
• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least one year of experience working as a secretary/administrative assistant preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to multi-task effectively with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently or in teams
