Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the management team and other departments within the company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as effective organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, the candidate must be able to multitask and manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and emails from internal and external sources
• Answer routine inquiries from clients, customers and other parties
• Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, reports, presentations, correspondence, etc.
• Track progress of tasks assigned to team members
• Create filing systems for records management
• Schedule appointments on behalf of senior management
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies
• Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals etc.
• Any other duties assigned by senior management in line with the role
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a corporate setting
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1400 (foreigners considered)
