Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or an immigrant candidate who has minimal work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office by performing a wide range of duties such as data entry, filing, invoicing and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience working in an office environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with accuracy and efficiency is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is necessary.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial.
