Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in office operations, administrative support, and personnel management.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to all departments, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing administrative staff and providing guidance and training to ensure their productivity
• Assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee records, and coordinating staff meetings
• Handling customer service inquiries in a timely manner and resolving any issues that may arise
• Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
• Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Supporting the HR department in payroll processing, benefits administration, employee onboarding, new hire orientation, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Ensuring that all equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly
• Developing budgets for all departments within the office and closely monitoring expenses to ensure they stay within budget limits.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as good organization skills. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
