We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month.
The Office Manager's duties include:
- Ensuring that office operations run smoothly, including managing personnel and office supplies;
- Maintaining records of office expenses and orders;
- Supervising clerical staff and assigning tasks;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other business contacts;
- Assisting with projects as needed;
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
