Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary of 1500 and is open to immigrants.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the office including ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, answering phones, etc.
• Create reports for higher management regarding office performance
• Monitor office expenses and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to office operations
• Manage relationships with external vendors/suppliers
• Develop and implement policies/procedures for effective office management
