Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will require the successful candidate to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as they will be required to communicate with people from different backgrounds. They should also be well organized, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.
- Establish work procedures and schedules; monitor workflow
- Monitor office supplies inventory; order supplies when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask with strong time management skills
