Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of work experience in a similar role. Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles is essential, as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications and other computer software. The ability to communicate effectively in English is also required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring everything runs smoothly;
• Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and records;
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
• Developing and implementing filing systems;
• Answering phone calls, emails, and other communications;
• Organizing events, conferences, workshops, etc.;
• Coordinating with vendors for ordering supplies and equipment;
• Handling payroll processing and other accounting tasks;
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate must be reliable, organized, able to multi-task effectively, have excellent time management skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 for this position.
