Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, with a salary of 1300. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the staff and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and effectively. You will also provide mentorship, guidance and support to all staff members in order to ensure their success.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in management or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of performance management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop teams
• Knowledge of business operations and processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with good problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
