We are looking for a qualified Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the rest of the team. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a secretary or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other related software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing documents, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and other stakeholders
• Maintain records of all correspondence with clients and other stakeholders
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by the team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred) • Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, fax machines, scanners, etc. • Working knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc. • Proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
