Salary: 1000 AED/Month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the team while ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Handle correspondence, both written and verbal
• Create presentations, documents, reports and other materials as required
• Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings when needed
• Greet visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail/packages
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Liaise with external vendors for various projects when necessary
Qualifications & Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working as a Secretary or similar role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining an exceptional level of accuracy
