Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the organization's departments
- Handle communications including emails, phone calls and other correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents and other materials as necessary
- Organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized with great attention to detail.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced secretary who has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi if required.
