The job duties and responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to: providing administrative support services; managing calendars; scheduling meetings and appointments; creating and maintaining filing systems; taking minutes of meetings; preparing reports; handling correspondence; responding to inquiries from clients and staff; coordinating travel arrangements, among other duties as assigned.
Requirements for this position include 3 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role, excellent communication skills (written & verbal), high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as typing speed of at least 40WPM. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently while managing multiple tasks at once.
