Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors
• Handle incoming calls and provide information or direct calls appropriately
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy
• Prepare documents such as memos, letters, emails, reports, etc.
• Manage office supplies inventory and order office supplies when needed
• Track orders and ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle travel arrangements and other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Salary: 1600 AED per month
