Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as providing general office management.
The secretary duties include answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and records, ordering office supplies and equipment and other office tasks as needed. The Secretary will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents as required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, have a friendly personality and a professional attitude. Previous experience as a secretary is preferred but not essential. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is also essential.
