Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office staff and assume responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of our business operations. This position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month and is open to immigrants.
Job Duties
• Perform daily office tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and data entry
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Greet customers and clients warmly
• Monitor incoming calls and emails
• Manage documents, files, records, and other information
• Prepare reports for management review
• Compile weekly or monthly reports on office performance metrics
• Assist with other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing • Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry tasks • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
