Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary for a full-time position in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1400. The position requires an individual who is highly organized, motivated and capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and be able to handle challenging tasks.
The successful candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English, as well as possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. The ideal applicant will have basic knowledge of office systems, including computers, phones and other office equipment.
The primary duties of this role include providing administrative support to the team, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents, preparing reports and presentations, transcribing notes, maintaining records, managing emails efficiently and completing other related tasks as requested. In addition to these duties, the successful candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of team when needed.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated with the ability to take initiative while using problem-solving skills when necessary; someone who can complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. We are ready to consider foreigners for this role who have minimal work experience but demonstrate the qualities we are searching for in this role.
