Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to our organization, with a salary of 1400 AED per month.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the qualifications below and have minimal work experience.
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, take messages and transfer calls to the relevant departments
• Greet visitors and answer questions
• Handle incoming mail, emails and faxes
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Schedule appointments for staff members
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Monitor office expenses and costs
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
