We are looking for a Secretary in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1000 to join our team. This role is open to an immigrant candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the company and its employees.
The Secretary is expected to possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should be highly organized and able to manage their time efficiently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential as well as the ability to take direction and work independently.
The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in an office setting as a Secretary or similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must also possess a high degree of accuracy when performing data entry tasks and other administrative duties.
